Coaching
Coaching is for people who are willing to engage with themselves, improve their performance and shape their own destiny. It is a professional partnership between coach and client that is confidential and focused on the client’s agenda. We usually work with clients over a number of months, with sessions taking place at regular intervals, e.g. fortnightly or monthly, either on the telephone, in-person or on Skype. Between coaching sessions clients do the real work, and together we monitor progress.
Coaching is a place to:
- be yourself and be completely honest
- explore ideas and examine options
- challenge your assumptions
- take a risk or try something new
- dream big
- make plans that you follow through on
- develop your skills
- believe in yourself
Your coach is like your best ally – somebody who supports you, encourages you, challenges you, and helps you keep going when you risk losing heart.
What is it you really want? What it that worth to you? Could coaching be the catalyst and support you need?
We can coach you on personal or work-related matters:
- Finding purpose and fulfillment
- Achieving life balance
- Transition
- Preparation for job interview
- Settling into new job
- Project development
- Resolving inter-personal issues
- Making a meaningful contribution
