What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that describes the dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our physical state and our behaviour (programming).
NLP studies how the brain works, how people think, feel, learn, motivate themselves, interact with others, make choices and achieve realistic goals.
NLP shows that appropriate change is simpler and easier than people usually imagine. It provides easy-to-use and highly effective tools and skills for the development of excellence and success.
At another level, NLP is about self-discovery, exploring identity and mission; and it is about wisdom and vision.
